In Lanzarote, many were happy when some members of the PIL were investigated. It seemed like a party for PP, PSOE and CC. Parties that were not exactly in a position to give lessons on anything. Some components of these parties such as: Montelongo or Espino of the Psoe were soon after charged with more serious and substantial causes than those investigated to those of the PIL. Likewise, the president of the Cabildo of CC is, there are numerous doubts of courts and Court of Auditors for the management of water on the island. In addition, the candidate for the Senate proposed by the PP does not have a clean curriculum of different stains that we believe do not make him worthy of the trust to represent our island. Difficult panorama to find parties or politicians in whom to trust. We are not happy about all these circumstances that are well known. Perhaps that is why, seeking an answer, we have created: UPL.
UNIDOS POR LANZAROTE is born clean, full of illusion. With desire to serve our island. We know in advance that we will not have it easy. That they will put all the obstacles in the world. In UNIDOS POR LANZAROTE any candidate who is elected for the acronym of UPL will be free of convictions for previous political activity. With this we do not condemn anyone, but we believe that politicians have to be free of any doubt. And dedicate all their time to management, not to the courts.
