First of all, I want to clarify to the public opinion and to the judiciary itself, that this article does not intend to disrespect and disregard that it deserves, but given the "image assassination" to which I am being subjected by certain media, there are very few instruments I have to defend my honor and that is why I need to give explanations or grant with my silence before so much infamy.
Last April 29 I had "knowledge", once again through the media, that the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ) had agreed to protect with an escort a judge who is investigating me, according to the media for threats from my environment. The news was so serious that I then announced my appearance to clarify the facts, but until today it has been impossible for me to contrast all the information necessary to confirm the veracity of the "news" without fear of being wrong, and that is why until today I have limited myself to attending the interviews to as many media as have requested it.
If more than a month and a half ago I was also news for the alleged commission of very serious crimes investigated by the UCO, and for which the same lordship keeps me since then without having a single cent of my accounts -despite having claimed it up to 4 times without any response, without the possibility of attending to my direct debit receipts with their corresponding default interest, including essential services, or my basic maintenance, and without even responding to the request to appear in my own case- now it turns out that in addition, and always according to the published information that nobody has denied, it would seem that some hitman from my environment and under my orders has threatened his lordship, and that is why the CGPJ has put protection on him, which on the other hand is absolutely logical if a judge requests it.
At this time, the only thing I can say about it, provided that the news is true in the terms and with the published intention, is that his lordship has all my solidarity and offer of maximum collaboration to clarify the facts, identify the author or authors of such threats -if his lordship had not already done so - denounce them and pay for their crimes with what can only deserve a judicial conviction, because in a state of law it is intolerable to threaten magistrates.
And I say that as long as it is true because as of today I have only been able to access what is published on the CGPJ website (the agreement of the Standing Committee is attached), and it could be that the only truth about it is that it is a judge who is effectively investigating me, that effectively said judge has requested an escort and has been granted it, but that those threats and escort had nothing to do with my investigation. If this were the case, it is the media in question who must answer for the injurious manipulation of the information, and if the news is true, I understand that the judge will have accredited the links with me of the criminals who have threatened him.
But even more disturbing for me, is that the media also implies that in the past my environment, or myself, threatened the judge and even hired detectives to monitor him, ensuring that "it is not the first time that Judge Jerónimo Alonso denounces threats or coercion, since when he was investigating the case of the Montaña Roja desalination plant -for which he finally opened a trial against me without a legitimized accusation-, the magistrate was subjected to monitoring by a private detective, and he and other people were photographed."
Disturbing, because the rumor had already reached my ears that I had something to do with that detective -who effectively seems that someone put to his lordship- and that this could generate animosity towards me.
I do not know if it is the first time that this magistrate denounces threats or coercion, what I do know is that I had nothing to do with them, neither with those nor with these, and that those links of the detective with me are false and a mere speculation, I want to believe that completely alien to Judge Jerónimo Alonso, although according to the news he would have requested an escort for recidivism in my hitman and criminal procedure.
You will understand my concern when this stops being a rumor and even appears published in a media that presumes truthful information, and would certainly handle privileged information if so. In any case, it would not be the first time that this judge accuses me directly of non-existent threats, as I denounced in his day precisely before the General Council of the Judiciary.
In short, with this article I only intend to explain why I have not given the announced press conference on these alleged hitman threats from my environment, or the hiring of detectives to intimidate the judiciary, and why I am in a state of defenselessness as absolute as my certain innocence. I only hope that as soon as possible I can have the official information requested in this regard to be able to defend myself from so much slander and libel towards me.
