Data is constantly encountered and challenged, as waves strongly evoke sea salt. Frankly, mathematics is not suspected of covering up uncomfortable realities, but those who offer a biased interpretation to citizens are. Still, there are things that cannot survive under the shelter of disturbing perspectives.
The excessive entrenchment of misery does not understand shadows manufactured by statistics with an author's signature. Neither do administrations, public services, escape the obviousness existing on the street despite social marketing strategies designed from the experience of advertising mentors.
You cannot preach that citizens and their needs come first when procedures and processes delay that capacity for security (coverage of the basics). You cannot develop calls, expand aid, grant subsidies, invent new benefits, etc., if you do not provide agility to the resolution.
You cannot boast of protection, of a firm support to the citizen, and that they feel strange in the uncertainty generated by the excess of bureaucracy. You cannot define community horizons if there is no structure. You do not enjoy credibility when you do not do enough.
We cannot accept personal accommodation, pretend awareness, and sell unproductive projects. You cannot consume the patience, the desperation of those who really need public services.
You cannot ask for action, citizen activism, involvement of social groups, when from the public sphere there is a huge desert of desire. You cannot sell what has not been tried...
