The Yaiza City Council has paid 1.8 million euros to suppliers in concept of supplies, works and services, thus maintaining with these transfers from December to February the dynamic of "compliance and punctual payment" of the Institution chaired by Óscar Noda.

The mayor also reports that “this very week we have just awarded new works for 1.4 million euros, these are two important projects to be carried out in the towns of Playa Blanca and La Hoya, apart from the millionaire investment we have underway in Uga”.

Óscar Noda highlights “the role of the local Administration in the revitalization of the economy and support for small and medium-sized businesses”. The mayor explains that the City Council asks companies for the certification of their services “to proceed with the immediate processing of their payments, so it is the suppliers themselves who can best attest to our compliance”.

Regarding the works awarded this week, Yaiza allocates one million euros to the comprehensive conditioning of seven roads and complementary works in the Las Coloradas area, in Playa Blanca, and 450,000 more euros to asphalt paving, pipe laying and construction of stone walls in urban roads of the La Hoya nucleus.
