The City Council has informed the families of Yaiza that from this week until September 5 they have a new offer of summer camp with 30 places in the Mimitos Children's Center of Uga for boys and girls in the municipality from 3 to 12 years old.

Registration for the camp is free, includes a dining service and places are awarded in strict order of application by calling 682 29 33 05.

The mayor has pointed out that "the camp responds to citizen demand and complements the activities organized since July in the towns of Playa Blanca and Puerto Calero, entrusting this new service to the Mimitos Center directed by the child educator Juani Rojas."

Boys and girls can enjoy sports activities, workshops and excursions, from Monday to Friday, from 7.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. "With this new initiative we continue to favor the work and family reconciliation of neighbors in our municipality, also offering the school dining service and the extension of the camp until the first week of September, when boys and girls have not yet returned to their school activity in schools," concludes Óscar Noda.
