A project, according to the City Council, of municipal drafting that the southern local Administration finances with money that corresponds to Yaiza from the Cooperation Plan of the Cabildo de Lanzarote.
They detail from the City Council that, among other orders, “the project foresees the implementation of new games, repair of the central wooden boat and other deteriorated elements, as well as the installation of rubber flooring and fencing". It also reports the commissioning, this same week, “of another totally renovated park, that of the Plaza de Los Remedios in the town of Yaiza”, both included, according to Noda, “in the program of improvements of parks in the municipality that the City Council executes in phases, some investing own resources one hundred percent and others with co-financing formulas”.
The Councilor for Parks of Yaiza, Rubén Arca, points out that in the boat park “accessibility will also be improved and shade and signage areas will be installed, emphasizing the new rubber surface in favor of the safety of boys and girls”. The project commissioned by Yaiza “requested the revision and adaptation of this park to current regulations, clearly describing all the actions to be carried out”.
