The Town Hall of Tías recently signed an administrative contract with the company Endesa Energía for the supply of electrical energy and access to the networks of the buildings, facilities and public lighting of the council, they announce. "The price of the contract is 2,017,805.82 euros, including IGIC, and its duration is two years with the possibility of extension", they make clear.
According to the document, the representation of Endesa undertakes, “in strict accordance with the specifications of particular administrative clauses and technical requirements, and under the conditions contained in its offer, to carry out the supply of electrical energy and access to the networks of the buildings, facilities and public lighting”, they emphasize.
One of the clauses of the contract indicates that “the contractor agrees to the specifications of particular administrative clauses, as an integral part thereof, and to the technical requirements, and both parties submit, for whatever is not expressly provided for in this contract, to the Public Sector Contracts Law, the General Regulations of the Public Administrations Contracts Law, and its development provisions"; that supplementarily "the remaining rules of administrative law and, failing that, the rules of private law will be applied”, they confirm.
