Insae has a contract with the Tías City Council for the provision of “maintenance services for the electrical installations of municipal buildings and public lighting.”
Municipal sources state that the company "has not satisfactorily resolved the prolonged incidents of the weekend." In addition, they point out that "they did not give an effective response to these power outages, which affected numerous residents of the municipality."
