The president of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Oswaldo Betancort, has called for this Friday at 11.30 am, the constitutive session of the Council of the Biosphere Reserve. The members of this entity are renewed every four years after the local and regional elections.
This first meeting will be held in the plenary hall of the first corporation and will serve as a first contact for the political and social representatives appointed, who will have the opportunity to publicly present their positions and objectives.
The president of the Cabildo and the councilor of the Biosphere Reserve, Samuel Martín, invites the public to attend this inaugural session, which opens a period of reflection, debate and agreements regarding the main issues that concern the island's society. Those interested can go to the Cabildo as public or follow the meeting through the Cabildo de Lanzarote's YouTube channel.
