The Minister of the Presidency of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Miguel Ángel Jiménez, participated this morning in the launch of the XI Labor Days of Lanzarote, which are held this Thursday and Friday at the Arrecife Gran Hotel under the organization of the Canary Association of Iuslaboralistas and the Government of the Canary Islands, and which has the collaboration of the Island Institution and the Tourist Centers, among other public and private entities.
Jiménez welcomed the numerous magistrates, professors, lawyers, social graduates and other professionals who participate in this forum where the new challenges of labor law in the era of digitization are addressed. Professionals from the Cabildo of Lanzarote and the town halls also attend the conference. "We are committed to a fair and quality labor market, and this type of meeting helps us to overcome the new challenges that public institutions also have ahead of us."
The XI Labor Days of Lanzarote, which are being held this time under the title "Critical Labor Law from Lanzarote", represent an ideal opportunity to address issues that concern the complex world of labor relations, and the Councilor of the Cabildo of Lanzarote referred to this. "I also invite you to enjoy the natural spaces offered by our island, and we hope from the Island Institution that the Iuslaboralista association of Lanzarote will continue working for the future of the island, for which it will always have the support of the Cabildo."
Miguel Ángel Jiménez also took the opportunity to announce that the Island Institution will organize the Third National Congress of Public Management on October 2 and 3, 2025, with special emphasis on matters of artificial intelligence, implementation of management projects and a special performance in the planning of human resources of public administrations.
