The Tías Town Council has approved in an ordinary plenary session the initiation of the simplified environmental assessment procedure in relation to the Urban Environment Action Program (PAMU) in the Public Square and existing Building located on Libertad Street, corner of Fraternidad, promoted by the entity Suministros José Luis Cabrera.
The plenary agreement will allow "to send the initiation request together with the draft of the Urban Environment Action Program and the strategic environmental document to the competent environmental body so that it proceeds to issue the strategic environmental report," says the Council.
The object of the PAMU is to establish an endowment action on a plot of Libertad Street, corner of Fraternidad Street, by virtue of which a new endowment of free spaces is transferred to the Tías Town Council, "establishing the compensations to the owner of the land, who may materialize the use corresponding to said free space in the rest of the plot of his property and with lucrative use."
This procedure has a capital gain of 73,068 euros and involves acting in a space of 744 square meters in the area of the Municipal Theater, so "the square will gain space and will be connected to Libertad Street. In addition, 81 parking spaces will be created, of which 24 will be of municipal ownership", they advance.
