La Bodeguita de la Casa Cerdeña was the setting, on the night of this Thursday, March 30, for the presentation of the PSOE San Bartolomé list for the upcoming elections, with Isidro Pérez Martín at the head, as a candidate for mayor.
"With the venue full to the brim, many people had to follow the event on the giant screen installed on the Paseo de Cerdeña due to the impossibility of accessing the interior," according to what they affirm from the Consistory. The act, "was opened by Raúl de León, Local Secretary of the PSOE of San Bartolomé, who began by thanking the neighborhood for the support received in the act by filling the Casa Cerdeña."

De León shared, emphatically, that “Isidro Pérez is the best option to govern San Bartolomé.” Subsequently, "he gave way to the Island Secretary and Candidate for the Island Council of Lanzarote, María Dolores Corujo, who highlighted "the socialist policies that, since Marcial Martín, present at the event, governed, have allowed the growth of San Bartolomé".
Corujo explained that, "both the Cabildo, as well as the central government, that of the Canary Islands and that of San Bartolomé, have worked for the people, highlighting social policies and aid to those most in need." He added that it is "a marked path that the socialists will continue in the next term and a fixed course that, at the same time, serves to remember the figure of Mayor Alexis Tejera, very present in everyone's mind during the event"

Before the expected speech by Isidro Pérez, "the attendees were able to see an emotional video about his life to, on the fly, request the presence of those women and men who are going to accompany him on the list on May 28 and who will be by his side to govern San Bartolomé for the next four years."
