"Let the party not stop!, it seems that this is the slogan of the Arrecife City Council, which has become more of a party room with multi-million dollar costs than a public entity that cares about citizens. And the spending of San Ginés this 2025 has once again broken records with more than 3 million euros spent on parties, specifically 3,161,477.99 euros, not counting some expenses that are yet to come", denounce from the PSOE of Arrecife .

From the PSOE they affirm that "if we add what has been accounted for plus what is to come, the PSOE calculates that the last San Ginés will cost more than 3.5 million euros. A brutal figure for a party that does not stop in the city. For the opposition it is a shame that the city's policy has become a permanent waste until the public accounts are broken".

"In addition, we have to count on the Alejandro Fernández concert that was held on the beach of Arrecife, in which more than 749 thousand euros were granted, with a contracting procedure done a few hours before the start of the concert, demonstrating the impunity with which this government group operates. There is never an emergency procedure for aid in education, for an infrastructure project, for building a funeral home, for example. The only thing there is an emergency procedure for is for multi-million dollar parties", they add.

Finally, the PSOE asks for moderation in spending, “while citizens have a multitude of problems, such as housing, the start of school that is being especially hard, etcetera, De León melts all the money in a permanent spree.”
