Last Friday, April 28, Jonás Álvarez, presented the women and men who accompany him on the electoral list, at the Taiga socio-cultural center of Guatiza.
The candidate took a tour of all the members of his electoral list, presenting them to the attending public, the party collects. "I surround myself with women and men who want to work and improve our municipality, who are hurt to see the situation of our towns and who want to give the best of themselves to the more than 24,000 inhabitants of Teguise," he declares.
Álvarez also recalled that Teguise "cannot wait any longer to improve and clean up the 24 population centers, nor can it wait for anyone," he says.
"We have to stand up, roll up our sleeves and demand what corresponds to us as one of the most important municipalities in the Canary Islands, but we also have to work as an administration to adapt our municipality to the present and leave a better future," said the candidate.
During his speech, Jonás concluded that "we have to go back to being the social, youth, cultural, sports, etc. benchmark that we were before."

"We must recover that idyllic image of each locality, so that Teguise shines again for its splendor, for its cleanliness and security, respecting its idiosyncrasy and history to place the municipality in the place that corresponds to it," he makes clear.
The candidate thanked his colleagues "for getting involved in his candidacy" and asked them to "continue working for the municipality." In addition, he assured that "all that work is what will make Primero Teguise govern the municipality from May 28."
