White smoke in the Canarian Coalition. After two months of extensions and internal debate, this Monday it has been possible to close the list leaders for the Cabildo and Parliament. Oswaldo Betancort will go to the First Institution and Migdalia Machín to the Regional Chamber.
The obstacle was that the current mayor of Teguise intended to compete in the two electoral lists as he did in the past elections, but the majority of the committees did not agree to make exceptions to the party's statutes. The issue was so stagnant that in fact the members of the Political Council had been summoned to vote on whether they agreed with the double, but it has finally been called off apparently because Oswaldo himself agreed to go only to the Cabildo.

In a few days the Teguise assembly will be held to proclaim the candidate, Olivia Duque, and thus close the election of the list leaders.
