The Cabildo of Lanzarote, through the Employment Area, has organized a training day for next Friday, November 22, aimed at promoting personal and professional skills. This free event will take place in the Assembly Hall of the Cabildo from 8.30 am and is aimed at both participants of the Project NOE New Employment Opportunities Lanzarote 2023/2024 and the general public.

During the presentation, the Minister of Employment, Ascensión Toledo, stressed the key issues to be addressed in the conference Innovation and Challenges: Strategies for personal and professional success and its relevance in the current context. "We are going to offer a space where attendees can work on their personal and professional development with interesting presentations on motivation, social networks, artificial intelligence and emotional management. We want participants not only to improve their technical skills, but also their ability to adapt and personal well-being in their working lives," explained the councillor.

In this sense, the coordinator of the NOE Project, Raquel Díaz Mayordomo, explained that "this training action will complement and enrich the experience of the participants of the employment program that has allowed more than 40 young people to access a job in different departments of the Island Council".

For her part, the Minister of Youth, Aroa Revelo, highlighted "the firm commitment of the Island Corporation to the training of young people from Lanzarote and La Graciosa, which allows them to have new tools at their disposal to grow both personally and professionally".
