The candidacy of the socialist mayor of San Bartolomé, Isidro Pérez, for re-election has obtained more than half of the votes in the municipality, 56.06% of the total, which has allowed him to add one more councilor to the 12 councilors and therefore reinforce his absolute majority.

The winner of the elections in San Bartolomé has been very happy to "revalidate his mandate and that his management has been valued." He thanked "the trust of the neighbors" and especially that of his wife, "who gave birth just 21 days ago."

Only two other parties have managed to enter the San Bartolomé city council. On the one hand, Coalición Canaria, which obtained 15.52% of the vote and 3 councilors, and on the other, the Partido Popular with 13.08% and two councilors.

The rest of the parties that ran for San Bartolomé have not reached the 5% required to obtain representation.
