The Haría City Council has acquired a house classified as Monumental 2, located at Calle de la Cilla number 13, for a total value of 1,061,151 euros. This action, which was approved in an extraordinary plenary session held on December 23, 2024, represents a significant step in the conservation of the municipality's architectural heritage.

The mayor of Haría, Alfredo Villalba, stated that "this initiative reflects the importance of preserving the legacy of our ancestors and maintaining the municipal heritage."

In this line, Villalba highlighted that this acquisition will guarantee that future generations can enjoy the property. "Our duty as an administration is not only to maintain the heritage, but also to revitalize it so that it continues to be a cultural and social asset for residents and visitors," he added.

This house was classified as Monumental 2, due to the high heritage interest it possesses based on its architectural and artistic value. Its acquisition seeks to avoid deterioration and the consequences of the passage of time on the infrastructure.

In addition, this Monday, January 13, the formalization of the purchase of the property took place, as well as the delivery of the keys to the house to the municipal representatives.
