The UGT Lanzarote Health Union Section denounces irregularities in the hiring lists of the Lanzarote Management. UGT assures that advance and privileged information is provided to certain workers about future hiring proposals, which "conditions the choice of contracts, generating favoritism".
An example of this is the case of a worker who, after previously knowing that a service commission was going to be offered, rejected a three-week contract and was frozen on the list.
After 45 minutes, without the 10-day penalty period having elapsed, she was called again to be offered said commission. Likewise, UGT denounces the unequal application of penalties and freezes provided for in the Order of June 3, 2011.
UGT has already demanded explanations and has met with the Director of Human Resources, who stated that he considered these actions correct. UGT does not share this view and will take appropriate action.
