The spokesperson for Ciudadanos (Cs) in the Yaiza City Council, Bruno Medina, has asked the mayor for "explanations" regarding the documentation related to the Princesa Yaiza hotel,” after the TSJC warned Óscar Noda with personal fines if he continues to not submit the file with which they are trying to legalize the hotel.
"Mr. Óscar Noda must explain why he still hasn't submitted to the Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands (TSJC) the file with which they are trying to legalize said hotel, which was requested in November 2020,” Medina pointed out.
For the spokesperson for Ciudadanos in the Yaiza City Council, "it is inconceivable that the mayor has been delaying the submission of this documentation for eight months”. Furthermore, he believes that “the worst thing is that this could even lead to fines if he continues to not provide the documents, plans, and projects that the businessman Juan Francisco Rosa submitted to the City Council to obtain the license to legalize the hotel.”
Therefore, Bruno Medina has insisted that “Mr. Óscar Noda must take responsibility and give the relevant explanations about the status of the report”, as well as “comply with the TSJC's requirement and submit the documentation before the deadline ends.”
