The Local Committee of Coalición Canaria in Arrecife celebrated its traditional Christmas meeting with members and supporters this Sunday, in a day that combined tradition, unity, and festive spirit. The activity, which was very well received, included visits to the nativity scenes of Yaiza, Tinajo, Teguise, and Arrecife, and a lunch in Mancha Blanca.

The meeting was attended by residents from all neighborhoods of the capital, as well as the seven councilors of Coalición Canaria in the Arrecife City Council: Echedey Eugenio, Abigail González, Jacobo Lemes, Maite Corujo, Maciot Cabrera, Rosmen Quevedo, and Cathaysa Suárez.

Also present were the two Cabildo councilors for CC Arrecife, Samuel Martín and Ascensión Toledo, the president of the Nationalist Parliamentary Group and National Organization Secretary of Coalición Canaria, David Toledo, the director of the Lanzarote Health Area, Esther Machín, and the senator for Lanzarote, Pedro San Ginés, all of them active members of the Arrecife Local Committee.

Echedey Eugenio, who in addition to being the spokesperson for the Nationalist Group and deputy mayor of the Arrecife City Council, is the Organization Secretary of Coalición Canaria in Lanzarote, addressed the participants assuring that "2025 will be a crucial year for the capital, full of projects and work." He also thanked the attendees for accepting the invitation, emphasizing the importance of these "small moments."

For his part, the local secretary of Coalición Canaria in Arrecife, Jacobo Lemes, has highly valued the day and has stressed that "this meeting not only allows us to share our traditions, but also to reinforce the commitment and closeness with our members and supporters. It is exciting to see so many people united by the desire to work for a better municipality and island. I want to take this opportunity to wish you happy holidays and thank you for your constant involvement and support."

During the tour, other important figures of the nationalist formation on the island also made an appearance, such as the mayor of Tinajo, Jesús Machín, and the general secretary of Coalición Canaria and councilor of the Government of the Canary Islands, Migdalia Machín, who welcomed the attendees to their municipality and took the opportunity to wish them happy holidays. Likewise, the president of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Oswaldo Betancort, joined the congratulations during the visit to the Teguise nativity scene, highlighting the importance of these meetings to strengthen the ties between the organization and the citizens.
