The Island Executive Committee of the Canarian Coalition, which met on Friday afternoon, unanimously agreed to ask Councilors Sergio Machín and Mónica Álvarez, who "do not comply with the decisions adopted, to hand over their seats to the party for which they were elected."

"Extraordinary aid adapted to the requests of the families and that due to its typology are unique among the Island Councils."

In the same way, they valued in the statement "the interest for the Island of the budget modifications and agreements approved for a value of more than 7.2 million Euros that will allow, among others, the implementation of the Agreement against Gender Violence that will allow the Council to develop support policies for those affected, the signing of an agreement for 1.6 million Euros for the sectoral plans of Heritage and Culture, the early reduction of financial debt by 3 million Euros."
