The Teguise Town Hall has launched a survey to identify the priorities of citizens and transfer them to the Integrated Action Plan (PAI) that is being developed to transform Costa Teguise. The objective of this initiative is to "address the evolution of this population center, which is the main economic engine of the municipality."

This action, framed within the Local Integrated Development Strategy (EDIL), will be carried out after a diagnosis made following the Urban Agenda, a strategic tool that allows municipalities to "plan their development in a sustainable, inclusive and participatory manner."

The Councilor for Urban Planning, Rita Hernández, explains that it will operate on key areas such as innovation, digitization, sustainability, social inclusion, mobility and the promotion of heritage. "We want the people of Teguise to know that their opinion is fundamental and that their voice will shape the development of Costa Teguise. Each answer counts to build a more prosperous, fair and balanced community for everyone," she says.

For her part, Mayor Olivia Duque invites people interested in being part of this project to participate "as true protagonists of the Plan" and stresses that "the opinion of the residents is essential to identify priorities and ensure that these actions are aligned with the real needs of Costa Teguise and the municipality."

The questionnaire will be available on the Teguise Town Hall website or through the link until February 20. With this type of action, the government group seeks to encourage the contribution of the population in fundamental projects for the active growth of the municipality.
