Thousands of attendees, according to City Hall figures, enjoyed and accompanied Their Majesties the Three Wise Men throughout the traditional Cavalcade that took place this afternoon in the municipality of Tinajo. Boys and girls showed excitement and eagerness to see some Wise Men who received the wishes of the little ones who had not yet sent them their letters.
"This is a day for the little ones, to see the children enjoy themselves and their faces full of excitement. That feeling is indescribable and we all experienced it in our day. Thank you to the neighbors and the general public for their good behavior during the Cavalcade. And to the little ones, may they go to bed early today so that the Three Wise Men can fulfill the dreams of each child," said the mayor of Tinajo, Jesús Machín.
Their Majesties The Three Wise Men began the tour visiting the nursing home and leaving shortly after from the Municipal Football Field "Los Volcanes" and went by camel to the Plaza de San Roque while greeting those present and throwing candy. Shortly after, they went to the Social Hall where nearly a thousand people were waiting to see the Musical "Encanto" and on whose stage the mayor of Tinajo, Jesús Machín, gave them the magic key with which to access each of the homes to leave the gifts.
The mayor, Jesús Machín, wanted to "highlight the great level of this year's musical. I want to congratulate the director, Adriana Brito and her entire team, the team and staff of the city council, the participating girls and their parents because this year's show has been great. Almost a thousand people have enjoyed their work. Congratulations to all", concluded the mayor.
"This year's Christmas program has had the little ones as the main protagonists with all kinds of activities aimed at them. Today is the most special day for them, who have been able to send each of their requests to the Three Wise Men, both them and their pages. It has been a Cavalcade with a great atmosphere and I hope it will continue to be so in the coming years," said the Councilor for Festivities, Jonatán Pérez.
