Tenerife North Airport is once again experiencing delays and diversions in its flights due to the thick fog. Specifically, three planes have had to be diverted to the aerodrome in the south of the island, one of them originating from Lanzarote and the other two from Madrid and Barcelona.
In addition, several flights have been affected by the delays. A flight that was scheduled to depart from the Tenerife airport at 11:00 a.m. to La Palma has finally been delayed until 11:39 a.m. Also, another plane from the company Canaryfly that was scheduled to fly to Lanzarote at 11:45 a.m. has been delayed until 1:50 p.m.
As for arrivals to Los Rodeos, a Binter flight that was scheduled to arrive from Lanzarote and was scheduled to depart at 12:10 p.m. has been delayed until 1:31 p.m., when it will take off to Tenerife North.
For its part, other flights also suffered delays, such as those coming from La Gomera, El Hierro and Gran Canaria, which suffered a delay of more than an hour.
