The Educating in Justice course, developed by the Canary Islands High Court in collaboration with the Department of Education, Vocational Training, Physical Activity and Sports of the Government of the Canary Islands, held a session in Lanzarote this Tuesday.
Sixteen students between 15 and 20 years old (day and night) from 4th year of ESO and Baccalaureate of the IES Agustín Espinosa who were received at the Arrecife Courthouse by the magistrate judge Adalberto de Cruz Correa. The students attended a complete session of minor offense trials led by Magistrate Ricardo Fiestras and trainee judge María Arévalo Rodríguez.
In addition, they were given a complete tour of the judicial building with informative stops of high interest in the dungeons and the forensic clinic, where they received valuable lessons from the professionals.
