Ryanair left about 200 passengers stranded at the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport on Sunday night, according to those affected, who were scheduled to travel to Lanzarote after the El Pilar holiday. The airline told those present that the aircraft suffered a technical problem at its origin on the aforementioned island.
The travelers were stranded in Barajas, and the only alternative offered to them is to take other connections that would depart, in the best of cases, on Thursday and Friday. But they are only guaranteed payment for one night of hotel in the capital of Spain. Or go to another island, but without further options later, according to the testimony of one of the people affected.
