The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has predicted clouds and rain for Lanzarote for Holy Week.
Meanwhile, this Tuesday, covered skies are expected for most of the day. The rains will be occasional during the morning. In addition, temperatures will remain with little change, between 16 and 20 degrees. Thus, the wind will be from the northwest, occasionally strong in the afternoon and will decrease and turn north at the end of the day.
Looking ahead to Wednesday, the skies will continue to be cloudy, with weak, scattered and occasional rains. Temperatures will suffer a slight decrease in the minimums and a slight increase in the maximums. Thus, the wind will be from the north turning west in the afternoon, weak and of variable direction. Between 14 and 21 degrees.
Already entering the Holy Week holidays, on Holy Thursday, cloudy skies are expected to very cloudy with little rain in most of the island, except for Arrecife, until noon. From 12:00 noon until the afternoon, cloudy to very cloudy skies are expected, but rains are not forecast.
It will be during the night from Thursday to Friday when the precipitations reappear in a scarce way until the afternoon of Good Friday. Looking ahead to Friday, temperatures between 14 degrees minimum and 22 degrees maximum are expected. To which are added the winds over 40 kilometers per hour and west direction.
Looking ahead to Holy Saturday, cloudy skies and little rain are expected in most of the island and during most of the day. Meanwhile, the skies will be less cloudy in the second half of the day.
To end the week, the rain will decrease on Sunday, according to this forecast, and the skies will give way to intervals of partly cloudy to cloudy.
