The wind will add to the rough seas from Friday, January 20 in Lanzarote. The General Directorate of The General Directorate of Security and Emergencies of the Government of the Canary Islands has declared a pre-alert situation for wind throughout the Autonomous Community.
In Lanzarote, moderate to strong winds are expected, more intense during the second half of the day, with gusts of 60 kilometers per hour that may occasionally reach 70.
Regarding the sea, the pre-alert for coastal phenomena is also extended to Friday, and there may be waves of up to five meters.
Weather Thursday and Friday
For Thursday the skies will be cloudy, tending to intervals during the afternoon. Some weak and occasional precipitation is not ruled out in the north, especially at the beginning of the afternoon. Minimum temperatures without changes and maximum temperatures in slight decrease.
As for Friday, the skies will be slightly cloudy or clear, tending to cloudy intervals in the last hours in Lanzarote. Temperatures will experience few changes, with minimums of 15 degrees and a maximum of 22.
