Salvamento Marítimo has gone out this Wednesday morning in search of an irregular vessel that is located northeast of Lanzarote, between Punta Mujeres and Costa Teguise, according to the Emergency Consortium.
The Salvamar Acrux is currently trying to locate the dinghy that, apparently, is one mile off the coast.
Up to the moment the number of people who would travel on the boat is unknown.
Upon the arrival of the dinghy, the Civil Guard, Consortium Firefighters, Red Cross, and National Police have been activated. It is expected to arrive at Puerto Naos during the morning.
