Maritime Rescue rescues two boats with 60 people near the coasts of Lanzarote

There were 2 people traveling in one of the boats and about 58 in the second one.

Maritime Rescue has rescued two precarious boats near the coasts of Lanzarote in the early hours of this Thursday, October 17, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.

The first of the inflatable boats was located around 2.48 hours and only two men in good health were traveling in it, who were transferred to Puerto Naos where they were treated by the Red Cross at the Arrecife dock.

Around 2.50 hours, the second precarious boat was intercepted by the Salvamar Al Nair with about 58 migrants who were transferred to the dock of the capital of Lanzarote.
