Lanzarote has added 39 positive cases of Covid in the last day, in which 92 discharges have also been reported. Thus, the active cases on the island have fallen again, and the Health Department places them this Tuesday at 305.
As for the number of tests performed, it has been the highest in a week, exceeding 700 in a day.
The accumulated incidence has also registered a significant decrease and is at 170 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in 7 days and 516 in 14 days.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 20,943 patients have been diagnosed with coronavirus on the island, of which 20,570 have already overcome the disease and 69 have died.
It should be remembered that this Monday, the Ministry of Health announced that it will stop reporting Covid data on a daily basis, doing so only on Tuesdays and Fridays. Thus, the next official update will be in three days.
