The Ministry of Health has reported this Friday 227 new Covid positives in Lanzarote, corresponding to the last three days. It should be remembered that since this week, the Government of the Canary Islands has stopped reporting cases on a daily basis, and will now only do so on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Regarding discharges, the latest Grafcan update indicates that there have been 335 since Tuesday, although everything points to an error in this data, since three days ago there were only 305 active cases on the island. In addition, it currently places active cases at 197, when in reality there would be 227 from the last three days alone, according to the same Health website.
As for the tests carried out, according to Health, there have been 1,179 in three days, with an average of 393 per day.
The cumulative incidence this Friday is 115 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in 7 days and 438 in 14 days.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 21,170 patients have been diagnosed with coronavirus on the island, of which 20,905 - according to information from the Ministry - have already overcome the disease and 69 have died.
