Five members of the Platform for People Affected by Mortgages (PAH) have been injured during the eviction of Luis Manuel Torres, in a house in Argana, in Arrecife. All five have been transferred to the hospital in ambulances of the Canary Health Service.
From the PAH they have already attributed these injuries to the actions of the Police and the "lie" of the judicial commission. "He said that it had been stopped, but it seems that he had a strategy, because suddenly several policemen came, they rammed us to enter and we were not prepared", said Cristina Cividanes, a member of this platform.
"There were blows and everything. The baton was used", he insisted. The members of the PAH have approached the hospital to find out how their colleagues are.
According to 112, the five people presented minor contusions in different parts of the body such as the leg, trunk, arm or abdomen.
