The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) forecasts for this weekend cloudy skies and strong trade winds in Lanzarote and La Graciosa.
On Saturday, Canary Islands Day, the skies will generally be cloudy which will tend during daylight hours to cloudy intervals in the north and mostly cloudy in the rest of the areas. Temperatures will have few changes compared to this Friday. There will be lows of 17 degrees and highs of 21. For its part, the wind will blow moderately from the northeast.
Looking ahead to Sunday, the skies will remain cloudy, although they will change to mostly cloudy during the central hours of the day. Temperatures will not experience changes or will be slightly increasing, with lows of 16 and highs of 23 degrees.
As for the wind, it will blow moderately from the northeast with intervals of strong winds on the northwest slopes. On the other hand. there will be a predominance of breezes on the southwest coasts.
For the beginning of the week, Aemet announces that temperatures could exceed 30 degrees on Monday in inland areas of the southern part of Lanzarote.
