The company in charge of managing the integral water cycle in Lanzarote, Canal Gestión, has announced water cuts in nine towns on the island. This was reported on Friday morning through its website

The area most affected by the supply shortage is the north of Lanzarote. Specifically, the towns of Haría, Máguez, Arrieta and Punta Mujeres, all in the municipality of Haría, have woken up without supply.

To this is added the town of Güime, in San Bartolomé.

Finally, the towns of Mácher, in Tías, and Yaiza and Uga, in Yaiza, will also be without water this Friday.

In addition, apart from these circumstances, Canal Gestión warns that "there are other incidents due to small breakdowns and programmed maneuvers that may cause momentary alterations in the supply of specific streets".

Last Friday, August 9, five towns on the island also suffered cuts in water.
