Binter has already canceled three flights from Lanzarote to the Tenerife North airport, where the airline has had to suspend all its operations this Friday due to the ash cloud from the La Palma volcano.

According to the company, this measure will be maintained in principle until 1 p.m. this Friday, although in Lanzarote the cancellation of a later flight has already been announced, which was scheduled to depart at 2 p.m. to the Tenerife airport. Added to this are two other flights that were scheduled at 09:20 and 11:20 hours, and that have not taken off from Lanzarote.

The worsening of the air as a result of the ash cloud also keeps the La Palma airport inoperative, where it had already been announced that there would be no flights this Friday. Now, the suspension of operations at the La Palma airport has been extended until noon on Saturday, waiting for the weather conditions to improve, depending on the evolution of the wind.
