The Arrecife Taxi Cooperative has reported that in the coming days its vehicles will have the identification card and rates in Braille to be consulted by blind people.

With this novelty, this cooperative seeks to adapt to the Municipal Taxi Regulations, "which reflects the obligation of all PRMs to have Braille rates available to users who require it," they say from the same.

Thus, "in order to facilitate the travel of blind people in Arrecife taxis and as a novelty in the Canary Islands", the San Marcial Taxi Cooperative will distribute the Braille identification card among all its members, which will include the vehicle data, license, registration and contact telephone number. "In this way, in the event of any setback, it will be possible to identify in which vehicle the transfer was made", they explain.

From this cooperative they affirm that they will continue working "to give a mobility service according to a city of 60,000 inhabitants, being 24 hours available" to those who require their services.
