The State Meteorological Agency activates the yellow warning this Monday, February 6, for rain and hail in Lanzarote. According to what has been pointed out, it will be in force from 11 in the morning until 7:00 p.m. and it is possible that the adverse weather phenomena of last weekend will be repeated on the island.
The Aemet warns that conditions are being met for rain, storms, strong winds or hail to occur throughout the southeast area and inland of the island.
The president of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, María Dolores Corujo, highlights that the Agency has officially communicated that there is a high probability, of between 40 and 70%, that the rains, storm or hail will occur again and recommends that citizens take extreme precautions and avoid, as far as possible, travel and outdoor activities.
