One of the main points of the tourist town of Costa Teguise has been the scene of a sewage spill, which according to residents has lasted for six days. "The smell is nauseating," denounces one of them.
The manhole that has burst is located in front of Las Cucharas beach, near the Meliá Salinas hotel. "And the worst thing is that the beach has remained open for swimming," questioned another neighbor.
In the images, you can see how the water gushes out, creating a large puddle along the avenue.
