Covid has left a new death in Lanzarote, which raises the number of deaths to 33 since the beginning of the pandemic.
The deceased is Juan Domínguez Reyes, former president of Orientación Marítima, who was admitted to the ICU of the Molina Orosa Hospital, and who died this Tuesday at the age of 82.
In the Molina Orosa Hospital this Wednesday there are 44 patients with coronavirus admitted, of which 17 are in the ICU and 27 on the ward.
To these are added two patients with Covid who are admitted to the Insular Hospital, where the Ministry of Health reported an outbreak on Monday, although it is investigating whether it could be a ramification of the one detected at the end of January in the Molina Orosa Hospital.
