A reader has sent La Voz a video where a group of cyclists can be seen ignoring the signage that prohibits access to the Los Hervideros road. The events occurred on the morning of this Tuesday.
In the recording, you can see how the cyclists move the heavy barriers that prohibit circulation on this road to be able to access with their bicycles.
As you may recall, this road has been closed since 2021 due to a sinkhole that opened next to the shoulder of the road. The Cabildo of Lanzarote has recently received the project for the repair of the Los Hervideros road that will cost seven million euros.
