The video of two British tourists fighting over a hammock to sunbathe in a hotel in Lanzarote has spread like wildfire on social networks. The events occurred at the Hyde Park Lane hotel in Puerto del Carmen and in the images, recorded by another guest, you can see the two women arguing because one of them accuses the other tourist of occupying the sunbed that she had been using all week.
Apparently, according to the British media The Sun, the "war for hammocks" began when the tourist in the pink dress accused the other woman of occupying the sunbed that she had been using during the week and, in addition, of "removing her things" from there to lie down with her partner. "You've messed with the wrong person," the woman on the sunbed tells her, "turn around and walk away," she continues.
At that moment, the tourist in the dress threatened the couple to go to the hotel management with the aim of making her get up from the hammock. However, they did not return. In addition, as commented in the video, in the pool area there was a sign prohibiting the reservation of sunbeds.
