New collapse in access to Timanfaya: Cars turning around in the middle of the road and long queues

This situation becomes more common in the summer when tourism increases in Lanzarote, which has led to the Civil Guard intervening on several occasions.

Once again, access to Timanfaya National Park collapsed again this Tuesday morning due to the large number of vehicles with tourists who come to visit this place.

As can be seen in the video, the long queue extends from the entrance to the park and continues along the LZ-67. In addition, it is observed how one of the cars turns around in the middle of the road when deciding not to continue waiting to be able to access. This causes other vehicles to have to wait.

Likewise, it can also be seen how at a certain moment, one of the cars intends to drive in the opposite direction, which leads to a traffic jam in the area.

The queues to access Timanfaya are very common, especially during the summer. As La Voz has already published on other occasions, such as last July, when endless queues were recorded, which forced the Civil Guard to intervene.
