Firefighters rescued this Saturday, April 25, a woman after she suffered a fall in her home in Playa Honda, according to the Emergency Consortium.
After the CECOES was alerted, Local Police officers, firefighters, and an ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Services were dispatched.
Once at the location, emergency personnel accessed the home through a neighbor's residence, managing to open the entrance door.
Once inside, the firefighters found the lady lying on the floor, they assisted her and moved her to the sofa for greater comfort, and they remained with her until the arrival of the health services.
Finally, the health workers took charge of the affected person and transferred her to the Molina Orosa.
