Firefighters from the Lanzarote Safety and Emergency Consortium traveled this Wednesday morning to the **LZ-207** in **Haría** after being alerted that a **vehicle** was **on fire** in the middle of the road.The events took place at 9:15 in the morning. Alerted by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) about the traffic accident, firefighters headed to the area. Upon arrival, they observed that the vehicle was completely ablaze and that the driver was not in the area, according to the Security and Emergency Consortium.
Therefore, they proceeded to extinguish the fire using atomized water and foam, ensuring they acted effectively to control the situation.
Once the fire was extinguished and the area was confirmed safe, the vehicle was removed from the roadway to restore the road's operability
Finally, we informed Cecoes about the situation and collected the relevant data from the incident
Also present at the scene were the Civil Guard and the Local Police, who collaborated in the incident response efforts.
