Two injured in the collision of two cars in Arrecife

Agents of the Local Police, Civil Guard, Firefighters and two basic life support ambulances have been deployed to the scene.

Two people were slightly injured this Thursday in a collision of two cars in Arrecife, according to the Emergency Coordination Center. The accident took place at the Los Cuarteles roundabout at 2:15 p.m., when CECOES was alerted.

According to the Security and Emergency Consortium, firefighters removed a minor and a woman from one of the vehicles, while another man left the car in which he was in on his own.

After the incident, a 33-year-old woman and a 37-year-old man had to be treated and transferred to the José Molina Orosa Hospital. Before being taken to the hospital, the man had to be fitted with a neck brace.

Agents of the Local Police, Civil Guard, Firefighters and two ambulances of basic life support of the Canary Emergency Service have been deployed to the scene.
