Three people entered the Rancho Texas facilities "by force" on Sunday night, when the premises were closed, and "seriously" assaulted a park employee. As confirmed to La Voz by the Civil Guard and the company, the assailants were wearing t-shirts from the organization 'Free Sven and Natahsa'.

"In principle, we know that they wanted to take photographs to vindicate themselves," they pointed out from the Benemérita, who had access to a camera and a t-shirt from the assailants, as they left them abandoned when they were fleeing. It was then that they crossed paths with the center's security guard, whom they ended up assaulting.

Initially, agents from the Local Police went to Rancho Texas, who were the first to be alerted, although the complaint for a possible crime of injury was filed with the Civil Guard of Tías, who is in charge of the investigation.

They believe they "wanted to provoke the animals to take photos"

The management of Rancho Texas affirms that two of the people who entered the premises were "Caucasian" and the third "black". They were all wearing t-shirts from the Free Sven and Natasha organization", which calls for "solidarity against political repression" and was born as a support platform for Sven and Natasha, two people who "were arrested in 2012 in Amsterdam and accused of conspiracy to blackmail" an "animal testing laboratory".

The park believes that the objective of these people was to "provoke the animals to take the photos and videos they want to publish" and that is why "they bothered them for their own interest". However, Rancho Texas has defended that "the animals are in one of the best facilities in Europe".

The management of Rancho Texas has published a photograph of one of the alleged perpetrators on its Facebook profile and has made an appeal to locate him, asking that if anyone knows him, contact the park or the Civil Guard of Tías.
