One of the participating vehicles in the 46th edition of the Orvecame Isla de Lanzarote Rally-Ciudad de Arrecife Trophy, the first event of the Canary Islands Asphalt Rally Championship 2025, suffered an accident during the competition held last Saturday in Lanzarote.

The incident occurred after 10:30 a.m. on March 15, when the vehicle of C.D. Barichuelo Motosport became unstable and rolled over several times.

The car, a Peugeot 208 Rally4, driven by Roberto Hernández Nieves and with Carlos Javier Fragiel as co-driver, had to be assisted by a crane after being badly damaged, with the front bumper, windshield and side part destroyed.
