The rains this Wednesday in Arrecife have once again generated complaints among the residents of the capital. The rainfall has once again brought to light the problem of the sewage system, putting sewage water at street level in Argana, on the way out to San Bartolomé.
This is a recurring problem every time it rains on the island. And one of the black spots of the city is the area of the Argana neighborhood.
